Keith Eatmon

Keith Eatmon, native from Buffalo, NY, Self-Titled as the “Variety Vocalist,” developed an ear for music listening to records of every genre, his best-loved being of the Motown and Stax recordings. He learned to sing as a result of listening to records, singing along with many different vocal artist of that time. In his mid-20’s, never having performed in front of an audience, he was called onto stage at an open mic. Aweing the audience with his raw talent, he was invited back every week to sit-in as a guest vocalist for the Taylor Made Jazz band from 1995-1998 led by native Buffalonian musician, Van Taylor.

In 1996, Keith quit his full time job as a sales representative to become a full-time touring vocalist with the Department Of Defense Overseas Shows, performing for military troops in Asia, Europe, Middle East and Central America. After touring for a few years he moved to Atlanta, only to find a very different band scene than in Buffalo. After multiple failed attempts to form a band of his own, he joined the horn and rhythm band Brookwood Split And The 17th Street Horns and became their lead vocalist from 2012-2020

In early 2020 Keith became the new frontman of R&B Inc, a band primarily focused on R&B, Soul and classic popular music. Regardless age, he says he is “musically youthful” and wants to hear all music he comes across. In the near future, he seeks to record original music and release albums of never-heard before music.
